Nintendo and the Lego Group are teaming up to make a new line of Lego toys based on the Super Mario franchise. Nintendo teased the collaboration on Tuesday — a day it calls Mario Day, because it’s March 10 — on Twitter, offering a frustratingly short preview of what’s to come.
“Something fun is being built!” Nintendo of America said on its official Twitter account. That tease was accompanied by a brief video featuring an animated Question Block on Mario’s chest and some rather unusual looking … LED teeth? A similar “Stay tuned…” tweet from the Lego Group also teases a brick-based Mario, but offers a slightly more detailed look at the mysterious collaboration.

Lego Super Mario isn’t the Lego Group’s first foray into video game tie-ins. The toymaker previously worked with Blizzard Entertainment on a line of licensed Overwatch Lego construction sets, as well as with Mojang and Microsoft on a Minecraft line.
Polygon has reached out to Nintendo for additional information on the Lego Super Mario partnership.
