An unannounced Tomb Raider bundle has popped up on Microsoft’s Xbox store.
Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy bundles all three games of the rebooted series – Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition – and looks set to release on 18th March 2021.
Although there’s no mention of a next-gen upgrade, features listed on the store include HDR and 4K, as well as all the DLC and the online multiplayer and co-op modes, too.
“Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is the complete edition of the award-winning Tomb Raider origin games,” reads the blurb on the Xbox website (thanks, Resetera).
“This collection contains all the definitive edition content from each critically acclaimed prequel title-Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.
“With all the definitive edition content from each game, this Trilogy promises dozens of hours of breathtaking exploration, challenging puzzle-solving, and survival combat with Lara as she becomes the Tomb Raider she was destined to become,” it concludes.
While we’ve yet to receive confirmation that there’s a fresh Tomb Raider instalment on the horizon, there’s a free-to-play Tomb Raider mobile game coming out later this year.
2021, of course, marks the Tomb Raider series’ 25th anniversary, as Lara’s debut outing, developed by British studio Core Design, released back in 1996.
